We were in the market to buy a house and Nestor and his partner Michelle were our agents in the search. Needless to say after 9 months of searching and more than 50 homes we finally found our new home. I have to tell you, during this time Nestor was very patient with us. He asked questions about what we liked and didn't like. So when we saw the houses he would explain his thoughts based on what we had told him. He always kept us focused on what we wanted and didn't allow us to get distracted on other things.

Between him and his partner, Michelle, every time we submitted an offer or had questions about something they were there to walk us through the process and answer our questions we had, day or night. They didn't work for us, they worked with us. The best part about the process was watching him negotiate and fight for us without sacrificing his or our values. He was one of the few people I've come across in my business experience who is ethical and honest. I learned a lot about the real estate industry in our time looking for a home. Let me tell you there are good realtors and there are realtors who would sell their mother to make a deal. Nestor was one who always stood by his values and didn't stoop down to their level, although I wanted to at times. But in the end I'm glad I didn't.

His experience and insight is invaluable. If you already have a realtor like this, then keep them around. If you don't, Nestor and Michelle might be the ones you should call if you are going to buy or sell a home.

When we decided to sell our home in Irvine, we interviewed a couple of different Realtors. When we met Michelle, she impressed us with her knowledge, and then when we met Nestor, he impressed us with his marketing expertise. He explained their multi-tiered marketing program and they both showed an understanding of the importance of social media. Knowledge and expertise? How could we go wrong?! Well, we ended up with much more than just that. Selling a home is one of the biggest financial moves you will ever make. You need to have someone you can trust, who will look out for your best interest and who will be able to get you the highest possible price. They worked hard getting the house ready for the Open House and ended up selling our house within the first week with multiple offers. Several of our neighbors who went to the Open House told us how impressed they were with our Realtors.

Selling your home can also be one of the most stressful times in your life. You need to have someone who will address all your concerns in a timely manner and be reassuring. Michelle Phillips and Nestor Herrera are our heroes. They saved us from floundering in the sale of our home in Irvine. They not only got the job done, but they also ushered us seamlessly into a new home. They are attentive, hard-working, hands-on, and extremely knowledgeable about real estate transactions. We got 30,000 views on YouTube and nearly as many on Zillow due to their marketing strategies. Currently, there is a movement to cut out the “middlemen” of realtors, but that is ridiculous.
